Description

A Very fine George III hand-blown and cut crystal ten-light chandelier. With star cut drip pans, two tiers of five arms, with crystal-faceted bead swags and pendants. It has silver-plated fixtures, has been electrified, and recently rewired. This chandelier was formerly hung in the Ballroom at Halswell House in Somerset. The Domesday book of 1086 lists the holder of the more Halswell as Roger Arundel. The British businessman and art collector purchased the estate in 2013 and began a comprehensive restoration of the house and gardens.

This piece has been restored and fully rewired by our skilled technicians.

Delivery is free in the London area, we can also install the chandelier if required. Please email us or use the form provided for a full quote, including delivery and installation.
